Jac Hughes on how Scrum Masters must prepare for distributed teams

As Jac puts it: “it was a dream to have the whole team co-located”. But invariably, as Scrum Masters, we will face distributed teams. So we must prepare for those teams. There are many possible problems. The lack of interaction, the cultural expectations in different countries, the problems with the remote meeting technology.
