Adolfo Foronda on how handle the politics behind a change process

Change is a tumultuous sea sometimes. And understanding that can bring enormous benefits as we learn to navigate that change process. In this episode we refer to the book Lean Change Management by Jason Little and The 48 Laws of Power by Robert Green.
